Caroline is a miracle worker. When we first met her we let her know we wanted to have our 3,500 sqft Marin home upgraded ready for sale (upgraded kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, hardwood floors re-done throughout the main level, new carpets on the upper level, new heating system, house painted inside and out, 80+ windows cleaned, upgraded landscaping in our 10,000 sqft yard etc), professionally staged in a manner befitting a house built in 1896 and... on the market within 2.5 weeks. Oh, and of course we wanted the sale to go way over asking price. Most agents would have run a mile, but Caroline jumped straight on her phone, text and email and started lining up the necessary teams of contractors. *ALL* of them said yes and only because it was her that was asking. I know that because the contractors each told us when we met them - "the timescales are crazy, but for Caroline...". To cut a long story short, the house went on the market within 3 weeks and sold for way over asking price within 5 days. See what I mean when I say she's a miracle worker?

Finding a scrupulously honest, non-manipulative real estate agent who is willing to MOVE HEAVEN AND EARTH to help you sell your home with 100% integrity has been our great good fortune in working with Caroline Peel. But there is much more to working with Caroline. Through the most stressful moments of staging, packing, showing, I would hear Caroline's lilting Irish accent and cheerful spirit which buoyed us until our closing day. I can't imagine anyone else having been able to convince us to stage and paint white our home of 32 years. How I had resisted that! But I trusted Caroline where I deeply distrusted most agents we had met. Never pushy, always ready to talk us through issues and difficulties. My one regret: having sold our home in Mill Valley, CA, we immediately moved to Florida and Italy---too far away to develop a life-long friendship with a woman who helped us so much and whom I would be so grateful to have as a friend.
